Problems, Problems, Problems

People often get cross if you suggest they might be the primary cause of their own problems. I can understand why. No-one likes to accept blame and sometimes bad stuff happens that really is not our fault. But ‘bad stuff’ (i.e. a random event) is not the same as a ‘problem’.┬áBad stuff does just happen and will carry on happening for as long as we are alive. Good stuff will happen too!

So, if problems are not just the ‘stuff’ that happens, where do ‘problems’ come from? You might be surprised to know that ‘problems’ are actually just ways of thinking. And whilst you cannot change or prevent bad (or good) stuff from happening, you can change the way you think.

That’s what I do. I help you fix problems by changing the way you think. And I can literally help anyone to do so, anywhere, in any situation; change the way you think for the better. So long as you are willing to engage with the process, that is. When you engage with the process, you solve your problems, you become more influential in your own life and you begin to achieve the things you set out to achieve.
